Set up is very straight forward. We will ask you to fill in a couple of easy forms to set out your details and preferences.
If you currently have a payroll provider we can get in touch with them to provide the transfer information..





Since April 2013 employers must make a submission to HMRC every time they pay their employees. This is known as an FPS. They must not pay employees before the RTI submission is made. Sometimes another submission, an EPS is required.
We will handle both of these for you through our online registration with HMRC. We ensure that these submission are filed on time, so that you don’t receive fines.



We offer a wide variety of reports which can be tailored to suit your needs. We have a standard reporting pack which can then be added to. You just let us know what you need from your payroll information and we will find a report to fill that need.



At the end of the tax year we will produce P60’s for your employees.


We ask you to provide the payroll information to us 3 working days before the payroll run. One day in the case of weekly payrolls. We then handle all of the additions and deductions related to the pay.
This can include, Basic pay, overtime, commissions, bonuses, allowances, SSP, SMP,SPP, SAP holiday pay, expenses, tax, NI, Student Loans, Attachment Orders, Salary Sacrifice schemes and Pension Deductions. We then calculate the payroll..



We offer a variety of options on the type and method of delivery of the payslips. Included in our standard service are payslips emailed as a password secured bulk file to a designated person. Alternatively we can provide a printed payslip on payslip paper or a security sealed payslip posted to the Employer or the employees.
Our other increasingly popular option is the e Payslip. It is an online payslip which is hosted securely and accessed through a free app which can be downloaded to your employee’s computers or mobile devices. The employee sets up a secure account through which they can access a full history of payslips and P60’s.


Auto Enrolment applies to many employers and by 2018 will include all employers. It is the obligation for employers to provide a pension scheme for all eligible employees and contribute to it for all employees which are enrolled. We can handle all of this for you.
